Tower Construction is a full-service general contracting and construction management company based in Northern New Jersey. With over twenty years of building experience, we have grown into a well-respected construction service provider dedicated to exceeding our clients’ expectations, performing our work safely and at the highest level on each and every project.

We have a track record of delivering predictable results on a variety of project types in office, retail, service, multifamily, mixed use and residential applications. We construct new buildings and homes, perform interiors work, as well as new home construction and remodeling. Whether we are constructing a new building, building a new custom home, or performing a simple remodel, our approach to the work is the same. Tower can provide value engineering opportunities that have sizable impacts on the cost and schedule of a project. We have worked on hundreds of projects, and can provide invaluable insight into design decisions aimed at making your project as efficient as possible without impacting architectural or systemic functions.


A large part of our success is due to our involvement early on in the construction process and taking a team oriented approach to the project. We work closely with the Owner and the Design team to establish and maintain the budget as well as make design decisions that have a positive impact on schedule, logistics, and the overall cost of the project. From our experience, having contractor input during initial design of a project pays dividends when it comes to controlling cost and meeting schedule expectations. 


We are constantly evaluating the process by which we perform our work. The technological landscape is ever changing as well as the ways in which we communicate. Our goal is to implement and improve innovations to the construction market whether it be through modeling, project software improvements, or robotics to find new more efficient ways to get the job done. 


We are eager to provide budgets and estimates to our clients in an effort to take the guesswork out of the cost of construction. By establishing a workable and detailed budget early in the design process, Owners can make well informed cost & investment decisions as the design progresses. Often times, this makes for fewer design changes once construction has started, and decreases the likelihood of unforeseen costs.                                                                  


Sustainable building incorporates energy responsible and resource efficient processes which inherently minimize environmental impact during construction and for the life of the building. With LEED accredited professionals on staff, we are able to assist design and construction choices geared toward achieving sustainable results.
